These past few weeks have been an amazing whirlwind of successful pipeline management and production collaboration. I've been rendering everyone's scenes and updating the animatic in Premiere which has turned into an awesome way to continuously keep up the production. Things are moving smoothly in terms of set dressing, lighting, and grass addition.

I have been going through shot-by-shot and adding fields, lighting, and collaborating with Aelma to complete all the set dressing required for the finalized short. The spreadsheet I made to keep track of all these layers and renders has been an amazing help in this process. I think our decision to also keep who renders to a minimum has been helpful, as one person uploading the newest renders is enough. That way nothing is lost by wrong saving/file paths, etc.

As you can see above, the lighting and set dressing for Scene 3 has been completed and is ready to animate. The only scenes that still need this addition are 6 and 7, and they will be completed promptly.

Today, we calculated about 6 animation shots/person per week will be sufficient to finish in time. Hopefully, that tracks, and if not I am completely prepared to take over. We also ordered our stickers and posters for the screening, and Aelma and I will make kites this weekend for the presentation as well.

Since animation is the final and most important step to our process right now, I am sure that everyone will be on board to complete this final stretch and make this great!
